Seeking full-time Associate Veterinarian for a family-owned, rapidly growing small animal practice nestled amongst the upscale golf course neighborhoods of St. Lucie West. Work alongside 2 experienced veterinarians who can provide mentorship and the ability to grow and thrive without the corporate head office looking over your shoulder. We foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that values work-life balance while providing excellent medical care for our patients. We offer no weekends, no on-call scheduling, with multiple specialty hospitals in the area to help with the tough cases.
Our facility is 8 years old and built to grow, with digital radiography, dental (with dental radiography), ultrasound, class IV laser, a full surgery suite, as well as on-site boarding, daycare, and grooming. Our staff is compassionate, supportive, and ready to help you thrive. Port St Lucie is a family friendly city that is also one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, with easy access to beaches, golf, fishing, boating and theme parks. Easily visit Orlando, Tampa and Miami without having to stay in the chaos and high living cost of the big city.
Applicants must have a DVM or equivalent degree, a valid Florida state license, as well as an active DEA license. We value patient care and communication and are looking for a colleague that shares those ideals along with providing top quality medicine.

Requirements
Successful applicants will need the ability to communicate effectively with clients, examine and diagnose injury/illness, administer vaccinations and other medications, perform basic surgery (spay/neuter/soft tissue mass removal), and evaluate radiographs. We can help with any of these procedures if there are areas where confidence is low! We work as a team, so cordiality and willingness to help are paramount.
