Associate Veterinarian- Bayview Veterinary Center | San Diego, CA
Great medicine. Great people. A great place to enjoy being a veterinarian.
Bayview Veterinary Center is a thriving, independently owned practice in beautiful San Diego, and we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team.
Our philosophy is simple: to heal, to treat, and to comfort. We believe pets deserve exceptional medicine, clients deserve to feel heard, and veterinary professionals deserve a workplace where they can build a rewarding career without sacrificing their life outside of work.
Why Bayview?
High-quality medicine.
We practice evidence-based, individualized medicine and prioritize doing what is right for the patient.
Our modern hospital offers in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, dentistry, surgery, and access to visiting specialists.
An amazing team.
We are collaborative, supportive, inclusive, and genuinely enjoy working together. We value different perspectives, encourage questions and ideas, and believe a strong team makes better medicine.
Work-life balance.
Veterinary medicine is demanding enough—we don't believe the answer is simply working more. We value sustainable schedules, time away from the hospital, and having a fulfilling life outside of veterinary medicine.
Growth & opportunity.
We're rapidly growing and have an exciting future ahead. Joining Bayview now means you'll have the opportunity to help shape that future, develop your clinical interests, and have a real voice in the practice.
We're looking for a veterinarian who is:
Passionate about high-quality medicine
Compassionate with patients, clients, and teammates
Curious and committed to continued learning
Comfortable working independently in a collaborative environment
A strong communicator who enjoys educating clients
Excited to contribute ideas and grow with a thriving practice
Interested in building lasting relationships with clients and their pets
Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for a better practice environment or a newer graduate looking for a supportive place to grow, we'd love to meet you..
