Community Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, family-centered small animal practice dedicated to delivering exceptional medicine with compassion, integrity, and community impact.

Our modern ~5,000 sq. ft. facility includes in-house diagnostics (Idexx laboratory), digital radiography, ultrasound, advanced monitoring, and a highly trained support team committed to excellence.
We are seeking a Community Care Veterinarian who shares our passion for quality medicine, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful client relationships.
Requirements
Position Overview
The Community Care Veterinarian provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals while fostering long-term relationships with clients built on trust, communication, and education.
This role blends strong clinical skill with emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to community-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough physical examinations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans
Practice high-quality medicine using evidence-based standards
Interpret in-house laboratory results, radiographs, and diagnostic imaging
Perform routine and elective surgical procedures
Provide client education with empathy and clarity
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture
Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives as desired
What We’re Looking For
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Florida
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Excellent communication and client-education abilities
Commitment to compassionate, relationship-based care
Team-oriented mindset
Integrity, professionalism, and emotional maturity
