Locums Interventional Radiology Physician in Georgia - IR Only, Weekly Blocks

Interventional Radiology Physician locums opportunity in Georgia near Tallahassee providing IR-only hospital coverage.

Highlights:

• Interventional Radiology only, no diagnostic reads
• Monday to Monday block scheduling
• 24-hour call during assigned weeks
• Ongoing monthly coverage needs

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient hospital environment
• Dedicated IR suite
• Adult patient population
• Full technologist and hospital support teams

Schedule:

• Choose 1 to 3 weeks per month
• In-house coverage Monday through Friday daytime
• Weekend daytime coverage with hotel-based overnight call
• Ongoing block availability

Cases and Procedures:

• CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies
• Paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar punctures
• Drain placements, chest tubes, nephrostomy
• Trauma embolization and fluoroscopic procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology Physician
• Active Georgia license or IMLC LOQ
• BLS, DEA
