Warwick Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as Medical Director in our long-established small animal practice. Our Medical Directors spend over 90% of their time practicing medicine, providing clinical leadership without stepping away from patient care.
You’ll receive a six-figure base salary plus production, signing bonus, paid family leave, and strong clinical and operational support — allowing you to focus on leading the team and practicing quality medicine.
Your Role as Medical Director
This is a true clinical leadership role, not a desk position.
You will:
- Guide medical standards and patient care quality
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians
- Collaborate with the Hospital Manager on workflow and operations
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture
- Maintain an active caseload
Operational responsibilities are shared with an experienced Hospital Manager and CareVet leadership, so your focus remains on medicine and mentorship.
