This full-time position offers a *$10,000 sign-on bonus*, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in one of the most respected healthcare systems in Texas. This role begins as a *variable shift position*. During the initial training period, the technologist will rotate through all shift types-including *weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnights*-to gain a full understanding of departmental workflow and expectations. Training typically lasts *45-90 days*.
