- We are urgently seeking a compassionate, experienced full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our exceptional team, with the potential for partnership or ownership
- Additionally, we seek to partner with a Dental Specialist (AVDC® certification not required)
- Since 1949, we have been a privately-owned, AAHA-accredited, 9000 SF general small animal practice located on the Philadelphia Main Line. Our diverse caseload of cats and dogs focuses on preventive care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry
- We value well-rounded, experienced, and intellectually curious veterinarians who are interested in working-up and following through on their cases to further develop their skills as a “veterinary primary care specialist”

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Commitment to Client and Team Communication: Prioritize clear and compassionate interactions with clients and team members
- Maintain a Positive and Professional Work Culture: Foster trusting relationships with clients, team members, and leadership
- Leverage Support Staff: Focus on performing important veterinarian tasks like physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and client communication—“Only Do What Only You Can Do!”—our vets' practice style fosters a positive work culture and better job satisfaction for every team member
- Private Office Space: We provide a private office with a desk, shelves, computer, and telephone for administrative tasks
Facilities and Equipment:
- Daycare and Boarding Facility: Your opportunity to earn significant additional revenue by providing time-saving routine medical care to pets during their stay, with minimal client interaction
- Support Staff Ratio: A talented mix of Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) and experienced Veterinary Assistants. Each veterinarian works with two support staff members
- Dental Suite: Newly-equipped with a heated Olympic® Advanced Dental Table, custom Salli® MultiAdjuster Saddle Chair, iM3 Elite LED Dental System, hand-held Genoray® X-ray generator with Dental Focus® software, and a rolling cart-mounted Dell® Ultrasharp 4K 32” monitor with high-contrast IPS Black technology
- Anesthesia Equipment: Bionet® BM3Vet Elite/Touch monitors, Capnostat 5 ETCO sensors,
Warming Systems: HoverHeat® Forced Air Warming Systems, and ConRad® Thermal Blankets - Radiology Suite: IDEXX® DR30 Digital Radiography with Touchscreen Monitor
- Laboratory, Hardware, and Software: New in-house IDEXX® lab machines and Cornerstone software with nine computer workstations, used in conjunction with paper records
