This role is ideal for a veterinarian who:

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive, flexible compensation package designed to reward production while supporting long-term career growth:

• Base salary: $130,000-$200,000 + production
• Sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care
• Mentor and collaborate with the veterinary team
• Develop and follow medical protocols
• Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures
• Interpret diagnostics and lab results
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
