Our owner, Dr. Patiola, has a passion for surgery, is open to new techniques, and truly values flexibility and work-life balance.

What Your Day Looks Like
Your Workday
Small animal practice focused on thoughtful, quality care
Well-equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab, anesthesia monitoring, dental and surgical equipment
Experienced, long-tenured support staff who work well together
Collaborative environment with access to input from nearby clinics when needed
Strong support from reception and assistants who help keep your day running smoothly
4-day work week
No emergency or on-call hours
What You Will Be Doing
Building meaningful, long-term client relationships
Practicing comprehensive small animal medicine
Performing routine surgery with opportunities to expand your skills
Making medical decisions with clinical autonomy and support when desired
Continuing to grow through CE and hands-on experience
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
$130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
20% production with no negative accrual

The Facility
Our hospital includes two exam rooms, a surgery suite, treatment area, and kennel space, all within a warm, home-like setting that reflects the way we care for our patients and clients.
