DexaFit Tampa, a leading provider in health and fitness assessments, is seeking an enthusiastic Radiologic Technologist (Part-Time/Full-Time) who has a passion for health & fitness and is looking for a change of pace from a typical radiology job. You will be performing daily DEXA scans focusing on body composition & reviewing the results with the client during a 1-on-1 consultation.
Responsibilities:
Perform DEXA scans focusing on body composition (body fat %, lean mass, bone mass, visceral fat)
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
Educate/Consult clients reviewing their results
Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
Support daily clinic flow and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience
Administrative Tasks - client calls, bookings, marketing projects, etc.
Responsibilities could also include administering Resting Metabolic Rate and VO2 max tests. Depending on your capabilities & motivation you could assist the owner with all aspects of managing the day-to-day business. You will be trained as needed to perform all aspects of the job. Required Qualifications:
Valid ARRT certification
Current RT license in Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to commute to Tampa, FL 33609
