Join an Onsite Imaging Team | Multispecialty Outpatient | Part-Time Monday–Friday Daytime | No Call, No Nights, No Weekends
Imagen is seeking a part-time, certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our onsite team supporting a premier multispecialty outpatient group in the Puget Sound region (Seattle area). Working alongside the onsite radiologist, you'll perform image-guided procedures and deliver hands-on patient care in a modern, non-hospital outpatient setting, supported by a collaborative clinical team and Imagen's physician-led radiology group.

Established Network, Immediate Impact Join a respected, long-standing multispecialty group with strong referral patterns and consistent procedural volume, within an established outpatient setting equipped with onsite imaging and procedural resources.
Your Day-to-Day
- Perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures, including arthrograms, joint aspirations, and joint injections
- Perform ultrasound-guided procedures, including aspirations and sonohysterogram
- Conduct patient assessment and preparation — H&Ps, informed consent, and patient education
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care, including recovery follow-up and discharge instructions
- Assist the radiologist during image-guided and fluoroscopic procedures
- Document procedures and coordinate care across radiologists, nurses, technologists, and referring providers
- Provide moderate sedation support, as applicable per site and state guidelines
What You Bring
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing (NCCPA)
- Active Washington State PA license, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with image-guided and fluoroscopic procedures is preferred but not required
- 4,000+ post-graduate clinical practice hours preferred (enables independent procedural practice)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to work in a patient-facing, team-oriented outpatient environment
