Imagen is seeking a part-time, certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our onsite team supporting a premier multispecialty outpatient group in the Puget Sound region (Seattle area). Working alongside the onsite radiologist, you'll perform image-guided procedures and deliver hands-on patient care in a modern, non-hospital outpatient setting, supported by a collaborative clinical team and Imagen's physician-led radiology group.

Your Day-to-Day
Perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures, including arthrograms, joint aspirations, and joint injections
Perform ultrasound-guided procedures, including aspirations and sonohysterogram
Conduct patient assessment and preparation — H&Ps, informed consent, and patient education
Provide pre- and post-procedure care, including recovery follow-up and discharge instructions
Assist the radiologist during image-guided and fluoroscopic procedures
Document procedures and coordinate care across radiologists, nurses, technologists, and referring providers
Provide moderate sedation support, as applicable per site and state guidelines
What You Bring
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing (NCCPA)
Active Washington State PA license, or eligibility to obtain
Experience with image-guided and fluoroscopic procedures is preferred but not required
4,000+ post-graduate clinical practice hours preferred (enables independent procedural practice)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desire to work in a patient-facing, team-oriented outpatient environment
