Position: COMBINED POSITION, ABDOMINAL/THORACIC IMAGING

Brief Description:
The Divisions of Abdominal Imaging and Intervention and Thoracic Imaging at Brigham and Women’s Hospital are seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible radiologist with specific abdominal and thoracic interest and subspecialty expertise, to work in both divisions. The Divisions of Abdominal Imaging and Thoracic Imaging are high volume subspecialty divisions managing all aspects of oncologic and non-oncologic interpretation for Mass General Brigham and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Subspecialty image guided interventional interest/experience is encouraged but not required. Academic appointment at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level at Harvard Medical School would be commensurate with experience. Candidates are expected to contribute to and advance the patient care, research, and educational missions of the Division and Department. The Brigham divisions provide clinical services at the BWH main campus in the Longwood Medical area, at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and at neighboring satellite locations.
The Divisions of Abdominal Imaging and Intervention and Thoracic Imaging both have active and competitive fellowship programs, and the Radiology Department has a large residency program. The Department of Radiology has a robust faculty development program for career development, including a formal mentorship program for faculty to develop skills in teaching, education, and research. The divisions are both highly collegial with close interpersonal ties at and outside of work.
