Company Overview
The Integral group of imaging companies focuses on innovative technologies that can have a major impact on patient management and care in communities throughout the northeastern United States. These include nuclear cardiology, positron emission tomography (PET), and general nuclear medicine imaging.

Company History
Integral PET Associates, LLC (“IPET”) was formed by our President/CEO, Ronald Lissak, in 1994 when he opened his first nuclear medicine services facility South Shore Nuclear Diagnostics, PC located in Rockville Centre, NY. This facility performs nuclear cardiac stress testing, bone scans, etc.
In 1996, Mr. Lissak purchased nuclear imaging and positron emission tomography (“PET”) equipment and leased it to Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx, NY. Mr. Lissak went through the residency program, grand rounds, tumor boards, etc. to learn all he could about nuclear medicine services in the world of PET. He expanded this business by doing the same for other hospitals in NY, NJ, and DC, adding 8 PET centers in total between 1996 to 2001.
IPET centers can be found in academic and community hospitals and in freestanding settings, including several of the cancer centers affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. IPET focuses on educating both the medical and patient community about the capabilities of PET and its appropriate uses in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, cardiology and neurological conditions such as epilepsy and Alzheimer’s disease.
In May 2001, Mr. Lissak acquired a company that provided outpatient nuclear medicine services. The acquisition created a sister company named Integral Nuclear Associates, LLC. The acquisition resulted in the addition of 15 nuclear medicine facilities and approximately 50 employees.
From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Lissak expanded the PET side of the business very rapidly, including the addition of mobile PET and PET/CT services. From 2007 - 2008, we discontinued our outpatient nuclear cardiac stress test facilities to focus all of efforts in growing the PET/CT side of the business.
At present we have a total of 17 client locations. We are multi-stated and provide services in PA, NJ, DC, MD, and NY.
