About Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic
Located in Ashland, Ohio, Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, independently owned mixed animal practice with more than 40 years of commitment to exceptional veterinary medicine and compassionate patient care. We are proud to be a trusted part of the Ashland community and have built lasting relationships with generations of families and their pets.
Under the leadership of owner and veterinarian Dr. Marnie Lahmon, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized medicine while creating a welcoming, collaborative, and supportive environment for both our clients and our staff. As an independent practice, we value teamwork, open communication, professional growth, and the ability to make decisions based on what is best for our patients and the people who care for them.
Our newly built facility provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services supported by advanced technology, including a fully equipped in-house laboratory, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, laser surgery, laser therapy, and an on-site pharmacy. We also maintain strong relationships with veterinary specialists, allowing us to provide seamless continuity of care when referral or advanced treatment is needed.
Adding to what makes Spring Meadow unique, Dr. Lahmon is also the owner of Ashland Doggy Daycare, a full-service pet care facility located directly across the driveway from the clinic. Offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training, this neighboring facility creates a unique opportunity to provide patients and their families with a convenient, comprehensive approach to veterinary care and overall pet wellness.
Our commitment to the community extends beyond our clients as well. Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic proudly provides veterinary care for rescued cats from the Ashland Cat House Feline Sanctuary, supporting the health and well-being of animals in need.

Our History
Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic has been a trusted part of the Ashland community since 1974, when Dr. Royce Smith, Dr. Roger McInturf, and Dr. Gerald Mast brought their three individual practices together to create a collaborative veterinary practice.
In September 2006, Dr. Marnie Lahmon purchased Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic and began building upon the strong foundation established by its founders. Under her leadership, the practice has continued to evolve and grow while preserving the personal, community-focused approach that has been central to Spring Meadow from the beginning.
Today, Spring Meadow Veterinary Clinic is a thriving, growing, independently owned, AAHA-accredited practice with a long-standing reputation for quality veterinary medicine and compassionate care. More than five decades after its founding, we remain committed to serving the Ashland community, supporting our team, and continually investing in the future of veterinary medicine.
