Company Profile

University Radiology Group, LLC.

Company Overview

University Radiology was founded more than 50 years ago with the goal of providing the highest quality subspecialty radiology care. Our focus has never changed, and we now hold the distinction of being the largest provider of subspecialty radiology services in the state, as well as being the second-largest physician-owned radiology practice in the nation.

While our size — approximately 200 radiologists serving more than 24 imaging centers and 12 hospitals — allows us to perform and interpret 2.1 million radiology procedures each year, we believe it is our breadth of subspecialty training and clinical expertise that makes our practice exceptional.

In addition, education is core to our mission and approximately 80 of our physicians hold appointments at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The centerpiece of this academic mission is our excellent residency program and fellowship in Interventional.

We pride ourselves on our clinical excellence and our fundamental tenet that the practice was founded and exists for the compassionate and ethical care of our patients.
