About Valley Veterinary Clinic

We are an independently owned practice with a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. •    Handheld Butterfly ultrasound
•    Midmark dental unit with full anesthesia monitoring and capnography
•    ezyVet electronic medical records with optional AI-assisted documentation
•    We also maintain an excellent doctor-to-staff ratio, with a highly leveraged support team so you can focus on what you do best — being a great doctor.

A typical day alternates between surgery in the morning and appointments in the afternoon (or vice versa), with dedicated time for same-day urgent care, staggered wellness and sick appointments, and structured callback blocks mid-day and at close.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, collaborative DVM who communicates well with both clients and team members. We value someone skilled, yet eager to keep learning and to help others grow.

All compensation and benefits are open to discussion and negotiation based on experience:

•    Flexible schedule: 4-day work week
•    Competitive compensation: Base salary starting at $120,000, pro-sal with no negative accrual (you keep what you earn, always), commensurate with experience
•    Relocation allowance: We'll help you get here
•    Continuing education: CE allowance plus dedicated CE days
•    Time off: 3 weeks vacation / 1 week sick leave / paid holidays
•    Health insurance: Medical insurance; optional dental coverage
•    Professional dues & coverage: CA License, AVMA/CVMA/VIN membership dues, DEA, professional liability, and long-term disability
