Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving, small-animal practice. You will work alongside experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, and partner closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager.

Location
Located in Arlington, WA, just north of Seattle and near the Cascade Mountains, the area offers year-round outdoor activities along with a close-knit community and balanced lifestyle.
What We Offer
Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 DOE
Generous ProSal production model with no negative accrual

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups
Client communication and education
Diagnostic procedures and surgery
Medical record management and pharmacy duties
Collaboration with hospital leadership and team
Support hospital protocols, case management, and daily operations
Qualifications
DVM or VMD from an accredited program
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality care
