Best Friends Animal Hospital & Pet Resources is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited and Fear Free-principled practice serving Swansea, Illinois, and the greater St. Louis area. We believe excellent patient care begins with a supported veterinary team—one whose members are respected, trusted, and able to enjoy lives outside the hospital.

We’re seeking a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian who enjoys outpatient medicine, values genuine client relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative, experienced team.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

Enjoy outpatient medicine and the variety of general practice
Take pride in building lasting relationships with clients
Communicate clearly and compassionately
Appreciate teamwork and contribute to a positive workplace
Want to practice thoughtful, high-quality medicine
Have a couple of years of clinical experience—or are a newer veterinarian looking for strong mentorship
Have an interest in surgery or exotic animal medicine, although neither is required
