Position Overview
AGR LLC is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position with multiple schedule and shift options. This is a partnership tracked position. The ideal candidate will be able to read a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine and perform Light Interventional procedures. Ability to read mammography is preferred but not required. All opportunities provide for very flexible work shifts and extensive time off.
Work Schedule & Structure
- Onsite Coverage: 1 week on campus M-F (8AM-5PM), No Overnight or Evening Coverage Required - Coverage provided 5pm-7am CST weekday and all weekend/holiday hours by 3rd party TeleRadiology.
- Remote Coverage: Saturday/Sunday coverage during working weeks (3-4 hours total reading time per weekend) Non time-sensitive over-reads of ER and Inpatient studies with Teleradiology Prelims. Hospital provides and maintains a home reading station with monitors.
- Position includes ~30 weeks of vacation annually
Compensation and Benefits
Salary $500K, $50K signing bonus

Procedural & Workflow Support
A full-time Radiologist Assistant is embedded in the department and will:
- Perform all fluoroscopy
- The majority of procedural work
- Support workflow efficiency and patient throughput and handle many of the incoming phone calls.
This allows the radiologist to focus primarily on diagnostic reading.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Board-certified/eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Comfortable with high volume, multi-modality reading
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Reliable, self-directed, and efficient
- Interested in a stable, predictable schedule with remote flexibility

NMC Health - Independent, Not for Profit, 103 Bed Hospital with Emergency Department and Outpatient surgery center. A community focused environment with a supportive, very collegial medical staff and modern imaging infrastructure. Recent imaging department upgrades include Siemens Aera 1.5T MRI, New Canon fluoroscopy suite with upcoming new Canon CT set for install early next year.
Advanced General Radiology LLC has a strong working relationship with the hospital administration and has been the exclusive imaging services provider for NMC Health and its regional family medicine clinics for over 13 years.
Requirements
Active Kansas Medical License or willing to license immediately in KS
Work Schedule & Structure

Clinical Expectations
High volume reader comfortable with all major modalities.
Interpret a general mix of diagnostic studies including:
- X-ray
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Mammography (optional)
- PET (optional)
- Minimal nuclear medicine
Exams are majority routine outpatient imaging with a number of Emergency Department and Inpatient cases per day.
