The Package:

• $150,000-$200,000 base salary (experience-based)
• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Substantial retention and relocation support

Your Role: More Than Management

As Medical Director, you won't be buried in paperwork. You'll be a practicing veterinarian who happens to lead-someone who mentors new grads in the morning, performs surgery in the afternoon, and shapes the medical vision of the practice throughout.

You'll be responsible for:

• Setting the medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team
• Mentoring associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives
• Ensuring gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and protocols
• Partnering with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
• Supporting your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
