Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director to lead our AAHA-accredited team
Incentive Package
- Up to $200,000 Base Salary
- 21% - 23% Production
- $50K - $75K Sign-On Bonus
- $5K Annual CE Allowance
- Path to Growth: Medical Director or equity/joint venture opportunity
- DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees - fully paid

The Opportunity
- Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest quality of care
- Mentor and manage associate veterinarians
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics
- Partner with the Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance
- Prepare operating and capital budgets
- Guide staff and overall hospital operations
- Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a DVM
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
- Active Florida veterinary license in good standing
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
