What we are looking for: The University of Michigan Health - Sparrow is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time board-certified or board-eligible Breast Imaging Radiologist.Hybrid workplace- flexibility for some remote work. The University of Michigan Health – Sparrowdelivers exceptional quality care in a diverse and family-friendly community and is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region. The successful candidate will dedicate clinical time to Breast Imaging. This position is on-site with opportunity for some remote shifts from home. Our standard schedule is 200 shifts per year.
Responsibilities:
Provide full range of diagnostic services in Breast imaging digital mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound and breast MRI.
Stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies and localization
Ability to participate in ED/inpatient.
Optional weekend and holiday call coverage.
Compensation:
$550,000 guaranteed base salary, $150,000 sign-on bonus. Quarterly bonuses based on productivity. Additional compensation for weekend shifts, holiday shifts, and tumor boards.
Candidates must:
Be certified or eligible for certification.
Fellowship training or proficiency in all aspects of Breast Imaging.
Participate in Maintenance of Certification or eligibility for such is required.
Faculty participates in and is a valued member of breast multidisciplinary conferences.
